Searching for a female roommate between 20-35to fill a room in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom town house. If interested please include phone number and we can face time to show place and meet. If we decide to move forward with you we can talk about coming to look at place.

About the room: ample room for a queen size bed, dresser, closet space. The bathroom with a bath/shower will be shared by you and one other girl. There is a 1/2 bathroom on the second level of the house (next to kitchen).

About the house: 3 story, 2.5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms. Newly remodeled kitchen! Parking spot available within complex. Close to 5 Points Plaza (Trader Joes, Tilly’s, Vans, Gap, Mario’s, Chase, Bank of America). Complex has a pool, jacuzzi, and tennis courts. Rent: $1000 per month Deposit: $500 Utilities: Around $100 per month (cable-spectrum, WiFi, Gas, & Electric) Laundry: In Unit

About the roommates: two chill girls between 25-35 and are currently working. One roommate working as an admin and works mom-fri 7-4 mainly works during the day on a more routine basis home in evening who boyfriend will stay over at times as it’s long distance both are very hurt and respectful. The other roommate works from home mainly stays to herself in the room while working during the day. We tend to keep it low during the week and go out at times on the weekends, travel, hike ext. Looking for someone who is laid back who is respectful of work hours during the week, keep a clean and tidy space and cleaning up after yourself we are also very 420 friendly. We do have 1 dog not looking to have second at this time sorry!
