I have a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home and I’m looking to rent a room to someone. Rent will be 750 per month total. This will include all utilities. The home has a pool that can be used as well. You will have your own bathroom but it is the common bathroom so it maybe used by guests at times, I help keep it clean and toss TP /soap in there if people come over.

I’m a 35 year old business professional. I try to keep the home fairly clean. I don’t smoke / do any drugs and request the same of you. I am not looking for a pet to join the home.
