Small 2/2 condo in private gated neighborhood near downtown west palm beach. Has small patio area, small kitchen, and washer and dryer. Room has its own private full bathroom. Room has a standard size closet for a small room. I think the room is a 15X13. Kitchen is a bit older but clean. Currently the room has a queen size bed, bedside table and lamp, dresser, and a small desk, but I am open to accommodating depending on your situation. Community has a modest pool.

I’d like a predetermined move-out date/plan, but I have no problem just being Month to Month for you and I both. First, Last, Security Deposit to move in (1,100 + 1,100 + 800 = 3,000). Security Deposit returned where applicable.

Monthly payment Includes basic cable, internet, electric and water.

No Pets. Guests are welcome but this listing is designed for a single renter. Male only, please, because current roomie has a gf.

I’m renting the room to make additional income and help to split costs. So this is not for the high maintenance renter that expects included services and to be waited on. For instance, if you need a lightbulb, you need to get your own lightbulb. I’m a reasonable person, but have noticed many people are not, so felt compelled to write this. This is for the budget renter. It’s a small condo so its not for entertaining with multiple guests. But its close to downtown with tons of things to do.

Current roomie is a 24 year old male that is easy going, hardy ever home, busy with work and working out, or at girlfriends house. Work long days during the week and spend most of the weekend at the gym, or out and about.

Looking for a low key roommate with a stable and conventional job/working hours. Students okay too. I know it sounds like I’m uptight but I’m actually easy going. Just want to find someone who is a good fit.
