My name is Jessica, and I am looking for a roommate to fill a downstairs bedroom in a cute apartment 15 mins from campus! I am a rising senior at CU, very clean and quiet, outdoorsy, and super laid back. My ideal roommate would also be clean and considerate, but aside from that I have no other preferences. Move in would be around July 1, 2022. Ideally looking for someone to sign a year lease!

It’s a great condo close to Safeway, Target, Pearl Street, and an ideal shopping center. Modern kitchen, bedroom with private bath, all recently renovated. Comes mostly furnished (including a living room TV) with a designated parking spot, and washer/drier in unit. Quick and easy drive to CU campus via Folsom. You would also have your own private balcony! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. Rent, with utilities, is around $1300, which is negotiable.
