About the room
There are 2 rooms separated by a bathroom. It is upstairs so it is private. The front door heads straight up. I’ll be renovating the one room to a kitchenette. You have access to the main kitchen as well. There is an assigned parking spot. We have a dog and a cat. Pet? open to discussion.
About the roomies
I’m a easy going senior. Also, I’m a traveler and pursued my Bachelor’s Degree from LIU, NY. Studied in London & Costa Rica. I’ve been a roomie and had roomies since my son was 4.
