Newly remodeled 1500 sq ft house in a quiet neighborhood on the northwest side. 3 bedroom, 2 bath. 3rd bedroom used as a study if you need a place to work. Bedroom can be furnished if needed. Full kitchen, outdoor grill and smoker if you like to cook. Large deck in the back yard perfect for hanging out. Additional room for storage if needed.

I’m an engineer that works normal business hours mon-fri. Pet friendly, I have a dog named Herbie, he’s a well behaved old man who gets along with other pets. A good introduction will be needed if you have a pet. I’m usually gone on the weekends during the warmer months. I live pretty low key during the week cooking, hanging out, and taking care of the house.
