I am renting a private room in my condo - it is the master bedroom with vaulted ceiling, tons of natural light, a big walk-in closet, and extra storage space in the ensuite bathroom. You will have a private entrance and exit (through the backyard) and private bathroom. There is no kitchen, no laundry, and no shared spaces. The room includes a refrigerator, microwave and kitchen hutch but it can also fit your own queen-size bed and a small desk. Street parking is available.

This is located in a clean and friendly neighborhood just off Randall Road in Elgin by Home Depot. Shopping, restaurants, churches, gyms, entertainment, Elgin Community College, Sherman Hospital, Metra train station, and much more is nearby. Only a couple of minutes to routes 20, 90, 25, and 31. O’hare International Airport is only 25 minutes.

I work 9-5 remotely, therefore, preferably looking for someone who is out during the day so our sleep schedules match. Occasionally, you will hear my nieces and nephews visiting and being kids, but in general, this is a relatively quiet space.
