Felice's room

The room is small. The house is under 900 Sq Feet. The house is 10-15 min’s from 4 supermarkets. Plenty of stores and within a community with swimming pools. The neighborhood is quiet, across the lake but the entrance is a tad further away.

I am a private person, do not bring anyone along to inspect/visit. I’m a friendly person with deep values who enjoys sharing knowledge. I am not nosy, don’t ask personal questions but for a roommate, I may have to ask anything pertinent. ID should be provided. I can show you my Tax bill (white-out on private areas) just to reassure you that I’m the owner.
