Looking for a female roommate to share 2bed/2bath apartment. Large private room with en-suite bathroom. Spacious living room with outdoor patio. Full use of kitchen. Student or working professional preferred. Must be non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Female only.
Apartment complex has a fitness center, pool and outdoor BBQs for use.
Walking distance to University of Redlands and 1 Mile to Downtown Redlands. 10 minute drive to Loma Linda University and plenty of great shopping nearby.
About the roomies
My current roommate just graduated and I am looking for a new roommate to share my apartment. Available August 1st. I am a responsible, working student and I’m easy to get along with. I am respectful to others and like to live in a clean environment. I drink socially but I’m not a big party person and I don’t smoke.
