Mari's room

Are there any fellow neat freaks (women only) looking for a roommate? I found a 2bdr 1ba RIGHT next to SLU. Rent is $710 (per bedroom) but all utilities (wifi, cable, electricity, water, sewer, trash removal, etc) are included. The place also has many amenities like a clubhouse, study area with free printing, gym, pool, and garage parking. I just signed for my room and they told me that I could either look for a roommate or get matched with one. If you’re super tidy (at least for the common area) and interested, feel free to DM me 🙂 Oh, and the move-in date isn’t until August.

I’ll be a first-year grad student at SLU this fall. I enjoy cooking, dancing, working out, traveling, and hanging out with friends. I’m also super passionate about social justice. I’ll be new to STL so would love to have a roommate I could go on adventures/become friends with. I don’t smoke and need my roommate to not smoke in the apt (I can’t handle the smell), sorry
