Hello! I have a Large Bedroom for rent in this spacious 5 br 2 ba split level house. The house is 2500 sq feet and has 2 patios and a huge backyard. W/D is downstairs with 2 shared bathrooms and a decently sized kitchen. The neighborhood is great. Easy access to the 217 and a short 5-minute drive to central Beaverton. Supermarkets within walking distance. Looking to make additions to the house to hopefully make it more comfortable for whoever decides to live here.

This house was purchased recently. This room is the master bedroom. Everyone keeps to themselves so there is a good amount of privacy. Even the Living room remains largely unused. The goal is to have everyone be very respectful and friendly adults so the living is comfortable. There is also a small dog downstairs but she is not allowed upstairs and the only time you will see her is in the yard.
