About the room
Hey there, I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at MAA Katy Trail (ASAP). Must be able to make June 1st payment. Apartment is awesome, just needing to move for work situation. 1BR, 12-months remaining on lease, fully furnished, awesome location, washer/dryer in-unit. discounts on Gloria’s and Howard Wang’s restaurants (cause they’re built into the building), located between Uptown and West Village, unit is right next door to the gym and the pool for easy access, huge patio with chairs already there. I’m moving quickly on filling the space though, so please reach out ASAP if interested so we can get the conversation going. Will need to pass credit check and background check per MAA Katy Trail’s standards, as this is a true lease takeover. But it’s a great apartment (fully furnished, as mentioned) and location and I’m excited for whoever moves in!
