It does have a large closet, and the room does have room for up to a full size bed. However, my, current roommate does have a king size bed, which does not give much room for dressers. They can bearly move around. Parking is on street.

We can discuss last months rent. I am 67 yrs old. I want to have an honest person who will pay rent at “tenants on will”, meaning..rent must be paid for every !st of the month. No lease involved. We would have to speak.
