Rivers Edge at Carolina Stadium is a reasonably priced apartment complex considering it’s proximity to the UofSC campus. The clubhouse is really nice and it has a pool and dog park among other amenities. I currently live in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment, and I’m looking to find a roommate for the next leasing period, Aug 14 through July 31. The apartment has a washer and dryer, kitchen with all appliances including a dishwasher, wifi, and cable TV. I don’t party or have people over often, and I’m just looking for a chill roommate who isn’t loud and is easy to get along with.
