Beautiful home in a quiet and safe subdivision. Fenced-in backyard with patio. I am currently redecorating in a dark gothic style and updating furniture to fit the vibe better. Large upgraded kitchen with plenty of storage. Walking distance to the Park, Walgreens, Subway, and the Convenience store. Located about a mile from Uptown Alley in Surprise.

A little about us would be that Frida, 23 & G, 6 are an adorable mother and son duo. G is typically here M-F and is very well mannered and all-around a fun kid to be around. When Frida does not have G you can find her getting ready to go out with some friends and enjoying her weekend. Brie, 23 (Me) & James, 32 are husband and wife as well as head of the house. I am a full-time Registered Behavior Therapist and Psych Student & James is an Assistant Manager at Whataburger. He does work overnights a lot so we ask that we all respect each other’s sleep schedules. When we aren’t at work or asleep you can find us playing Video Games or watching Anime as we are both huge nerds.
