Room available in a newly renovated house, close to Knotts Berry Farm (7min), next to Buena Park downtown mall, 10 min from Cypress College and CSFU, 15 min from UCI Medical Center and Kaiser Anaheim Medical Center.

-Single occupancy preferred -Room is unfurnished (bed in photo is queen size for reference to size of the room)

• Area is not congested with cars so parking is usually not an issue. -Verification of income or student status required, along with credit and background check
• Private bathroom -Full house privileges: kitchen and laundry -No pets -Street parking -$1000 deposit

I have 1 room available for rent. I keep my place clean with housekeeping and pest control every quarter. I’m looking for responsible, respectful, clean, and like minded working professionals or students. Female highly preferred, as current residents are two single females.
