Craddock Avenue

I am trying to sublet room C. You get your own room that comes with a queen size bed, two 2 door dressers, a desk, and a night stand. You also get your own bathroom with a tub and shower. The room is spacious with plenty of space. The house comes with living room furniture and a tv as well as a dinging room table and chairs. Has stainless steal appliances in the kitchen and a washer and dryer. The house is also near the front office, pool, gym, and a bus stop. Neighbors are very quiet and not bothersome but super nice when you talk to them. Will also deep clean room and bathroom before you move in. As of right now there will be 2 other roommates when moving in. One is very sweet and nice. She isn’t bothersome but will have a conversation with you and clean up after herself. The other hasn’t moved in yet and is soon so I can give more information later on.
