Hello, I have 2 private bedrooms in Foster City/ San Mateo for rent in a big condo (1600 Sqft) in a quiet/ safe neighborhood. Each has its own bathroom. Washer/ Dryer inside unit. Balcony and remodeled bathrooms. You can choose to stay in the master bedroom (333.5 Sqft + a 72 Sqft walk-in closet) or the guest bedroom (160 Sqft). One Female only. No pets. No smoking. No guest & No overnight guest policy due to covid. prefer age 25-35.

You will be sharing the house with one other female professional age 25-35. Please read the house rules before you consider. House rule is rather strict but it works for us.
