I have a fully furnished private bedroom/bathroom in Phoenix, AZ available starting 7/8. Crossroads: Elliot and 202.

Fully-furnished room includes a queen bed, dresser and two nightstands. Room is $1,000 a month. All utilities (including internet) are included!

Shared kitchen and living room in a 2,214 sq/ft open floor plan home with me as a roommate. I (the homeowner) live in the master bedroom along with my very friendly labradoodle. One room in the home has a home gym available for use.

Ideal location: a few minutes from South Mountain and its many trails. Home is a short drive to the airport, downtown Phoenix, and Westgate.

I am a young professional who maintains a peaceful, respectful environment.
