About the room
Its a two bedroom two bath apartment and Im looking for someone to take over my lease from June -December. Someone is renting the living room but its closed off. If he is still renting it by the time you move in you’ll only have to pay $700/month plus $20 for the internet. Hotwater, AC, Heating works perfectly fine. Spacious room and quiet roommates.
About the roomies
Roommate works for a security company, and works overnight 11pm to 7am. I am moving out due to job relocation and needs someone to take over my lease until December. If you wanted to extend your lease term you and the other room mate can always talk about future plans. Still available as of 06.11.22
