About the room
The room for rent is actually a sunroom that’s specious and have everything you need. I have a few things I would have to remove from the room. Cable ready, own entrance, and acces to the other part of the house to use the bathroom. If own bathroom is needed we might can arrange something. Room has carpet and floor heaters and a fan as well. It’s also soundproof room and give you privacy and comfort.
About the roomies
I have a wife and kids here so respect is everything. My kids are gone most of the summer. I also have a dog a very harmless and small bulldog but stay on the side of my wife everywhere she goes so you might see him from time to time. We are cannabis friendly.
