Crystal's room

I’m subleasing my large master bedroom in a 3-floor beautiful townhouse within Greenbelt Station Parkway from June 1 to August 1! Rent is $900 (negotiable) including utilities.

I have a large walk-in closet, queen-sized bed, two nightstands, and a large dresser, and my bathroom has a shower, a large bathtub, and double sinks.

It’s fully furnished and you would be living with two other male UMD graduate students. We have a two-car garage and there is free street parking as well! There are also bus stops within a 5-10 minute walk. The Greenbelt Metro Station (Green and Yellow Line) and UMD campus are only a 5-10 minute drive away! Also less than a mile away from AMC, Giant Supermarket, Target, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Chipotle, Mission BBQ, Dunkin’ Donuts and more!

We have Fios Internet and a 55in TV in the living room on the second floor. The living room gets nice natural light and has big windows. We also have a balcony. Our shared spaces are fully furnished.

My roommates are two male graduate students at UMD, Ben and Kieran. They’re both really funny, smart, extroverted, and overall great to be around. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
