We’re looking for someone to rent the 3rd room in the townhouse we currently rent. See below for details:

-No pets (we have a cat that won’t get along with other animals)

-No kids

-No smoking of any kind (not a deal breaker if you do smoke, but we would ask that it be kept outside)

-Background check required

-We cannot sublease, so you will have to apply with the Apt. manager and be approved to be added to the lease.

THE UNIT/ROOM: The townhouse we rent is a 3 bedroom, 1200sq ft, corner unit. You would have a private room and share a bathroom with one other person. The room is unfurnished, though there is a desk if you want to keep it, otherwise we will remove it.

PARKING: I typically use the garage to park and the other roomie does not own a vehicle. So there’s a parking spot available for you in front of the unit. All guests will have to use street parking.

LAUNDRY: We have a washer/dryer in the garage.

ROOMIE 1: 31 year old female. Works from home.

ROOMIE 2: 30 year old female. Works full time at a law office.

We both enjoy time on our computers chatting, gaming and watching anime with each other and other online friends. We’re both pretty chill and easy to get along with. Basically so long as you/any guests you have visiting are respectful and clean up after yourselves, we will have no issues. Most times you’ll have the living room and back yard space to yourself since we just hang out in our rooms usually.
