The property has a pool, jacuzzi, with outside bbqs, there is also a fitness center, tennis courts and clubhouse with a tv and pool table above the fitness center. They’re are also restaurants and shopping center walking distance from the complex.

I am looking for a roommate in Del Mar at the Club Torrey Pines. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath second floor with balcony and washer and dryer inside apartment. My roommate took a job out of area so I’m looking to finish out my lease through 11/2022. If all goes well we can renew at that time. I’m 33 years old and work full-time. I’m looking for someone easy going, non smoker and no pets. Available 6/1/2022. Rent will be 1325/month for 6 month lease.
