About the room
2 bedroom house near Silver Lake Park and about a mile from Mayo Clinic. 2 car garage, shared bathroom and a private room. I have furniture for the living areas, so you’d just need to furnish your own room. Rent total is $1100 plus utilities/expenses, so $550 + other expenses for you. Available for move in the second weekend of July.
About the roomies
