The private room is located on the 2nd floor of my townhouse which is located on a dead-end street in the Worcester area.

The location: 6m drive to the Route 9 Shrewsbury/White City shopping area. 4m drive to the Umass Memorial Medical Center. 10m walk to Shrewsbury Street where restaurants/bars and entertainment are located.

The spacious room comes with a queen-size bed, 5-drawer dresser, 2-drawer nightstand, mounted TV, ceiling fan, a double door closet and a nice view of the neighborhood.

Rent is fixed and includes all utilities (such as water, Eversource, National Grid and Charter) Public Street Parking is available.

Please no smoking or drugs. Background, interview and credit check required. Month to month stay length/agreement welcomed.

My name is Stephanie and I work from home M-F yet I spend half my time between this property and Marlborough.

The other people that live at home are my mother and her boyfriend on the 2nd floor, and my brother who lives in the finished ground floor with his girlfriend. But the Queen of the house is Lola who is a 1-year old shitzu who freely roams around the whole house.

We are all coming and going through out the day. We are all friendly, welcoming and busy. We are all a team. We maintain the house. We keep the house and personal space clean and hygienic.
