Olivia & Alex's room

The room available is the finished basement of our rented townhouse. The room will be fully remodeled, with fresh paint, new flooring and fixtures by the time you move in! You can fit a queen sized bed and a small couch comfortably in the room and there would be more space for additional furniture such as a dresser, tv stand, bookshelf, etc. The room also has a private bathroom with a shower, a small closet, a shared laundry room, and a shared storage space.

We will need to access the laundry room 1-2 times per week and will be respectful of your time/privacy. There is access to the fenced in backyard from the shared storage room in the basement.

We occupy the entire second floor of the house. The main entry level is a shared living space with a living room, dining room and kitchen that you can have full use of. Our dog Otto hangs out in the shared space during most of the day because he can’t safely climb up and down stairs since he’s a dachshund with little legs.

All utilities are included, except the internet which we pay for separately and are willing to split the cost with you!

The neighborhood is relatively safe and quite. Very convenient location with easy access to shopping centers and I-695, I-95, and I-83! The house is in Parkville but we feel like it’s Towson because of the close proximity.

Hello! We’re Alex & Olivia and we’ve been together for 7 years and both in our late 20’s. Alex is an assistant manager of the cheese department at a grocery store, and Olivia works a 9-5 as a listing coordinator for a real estate group. We have a VERY friendly dog named “Otto”, he’s a 2 year old dachshund, and he loves just about every person and dog that he meets. We love to socialize but we also enjoy keeping to ourselves at times especially on weeknights. We keep our space clean and organized but we are not clean freaks and prefer a clean, lived-in feeling space. We are 420 friendly but no hard drugs, loud parties or smoking in the house.
