Jeff's room

This is a modest size room, that already has a queen memory foam bed. There is a window with vertical blinds and closet. Internet is included and the window has a nice private view of the backyard. There is an $85 application fee. You will be added to the lease but will be allowed to leave without penalty since there will be a roommate agreement.

The property has a pool and a small gym.

I work from home in one of the bedrooms. I do not smoke or drink. Must be okay with children. I have no pets and would rather not have any in the place due to allergies. I enjoy watching movies, exercising and relaxing when not at work.
