It’s a hidden gem! Next to a bike trail, dog park, 2 parks, close to freeways. Quiet place to live and I have awesome neighbors! I love my apartment! Looking to rent out my son’s room. It can stay furnished or I can clear it out. If you want to live in his room and keep it the way it is I will charge less for rent! It’s up to you 😊

I’m also open to lesser rent in exchange for mild dog care.

PS to be honest, we are not home very often. We don’t come home til shower and bedtime and I work in the early morning. So you’d be by yourself 90% of the time. My son lives with his dad part time also.

I’m a business focused single mom. If I’m not working or doing mom duties I’m out building my future. I’m a Personal Trainer so I stay active, and do side hustles too. It’s kinda the nature of my industry.

My son is an undiagnosed ADHD kid so I have to keep him active! Personally I don’t believe in drugging kiddos and I think ADHD is a gift when you learn to live in it! So I literally run the energy out of him! It’s why we are honestly never home. He has to have a routine or he stresses me out! Ha! Not really, I’m just very attentive to his development. He’s actually a social creature and will talk your ear off if you’re into Pokémon or any kind of video games. He’s developmentally advanced for his age and reads at a 5th grade level. So I wouldn’t mind if you have guests here and there, just please be mindful that this must be a kid friendly home. So strong communication is key!

My son is ALWAYS my priority and my best friend! So if you vibe with us I’m happy to accommodate you. Whether you need a temporary place to stay or a long term home, I’m open to both! Looking forward to meeting you! 😃
