Tom's room

Beautiful single-family home in Chelmsford. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac that borders privately owned forest land. Nearly one acre of beautifully landscaped yard with lots of wildlife. Kitchen and bathrooms shared. The home has a deck and a fire pit in the yard. The room available is unfurnished. Rent includes heat, central air, electricity, and wireless (FIOS). Cable TV is not included. I have two indoor cats, one is a Tuxedo Tabby, and the other is part Maine Coon.

I work mostly from home. I am an easy-going guy and an extrovert by nature. I love people! I enjoy reading, watching TV (sci-fi, adventure, drama, period pieces), photography, listening to music (primarily spiritual), playing guitar and writing music, cooking, yard work, and having friends over for a BBQ and S’mores around my fire pit. My friends describe me as easy to get along with, fun to be around, caring, compassionate, and loving.

I posted here because I live alone in a beautiful little dream home that I bought in the summer of 2021. The home sits at the end of a cul-de-sac on a .75 acre lot and is bordered by privately owned woodlands. Lots of wildlife!

Living alone has been challenging, both emotionally and financially. I am hoping to find 1-2 male housemates to share this space with me. Ideal housemates will be easy to get along with, mature, responsible, financially secure, and enjoy or don’t mind pets (I have 2 indoor cats).
