ABOUT THE ROOM:

• Rent is $975/month (all utilities included including internet and Hulu)
• Room includes a 2 new 50“ flat screen TV, queen mattress/bed frame, desk and chair, dresser, couch, dinning table, coffee table, ceiling fan, and a closet
• You would share the bathroom with one other person (a mid-20s male)

ABOUT THE HOUSE:

• 2100 square feet (house located near 34th street and 5th Ave)
• Upstairs and downstairs kitchen for use by individuals on that floor.
• Provided appliances include: stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, tankless water heater
• Central air/heat throughout
• Small amount of storage available, if needed

Furnished upstairs bedroom with attached private living room available in a large single-family home. All utilities included. We are looking for a single occupant with no pets. The upstairs floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is occupied by tenants. There are two individuals per bathroom, but each bathroom has a double vanity, so you would have your own sink. The upstairs also has its own kitchen. Downstairs is occupied by myself and my partner (owners of the house) and our 22-year-old son. The downstairs floor has its own kitchen and a common living/dining area that can be used by everyone in the house. We also have a large and very friendly indoor dog and cats downstairs. The house is next to a large bakery with semitrucks occasionally moving around the area, so if you are sensitive to sound it might not be a great fit for you. The house is located near UC Davis Medical Center (10 min bike ride) and a block from the McGeorge School of Law. It’s also only a few blocks from Sacramento’s Triangle District (Faria Bakery, Oak Park Brewing Company, Old Soul Coffee, etc.). The household is a mix of males and females, straight and gay, and everyone gets along well. LGBTQ+ friendly.
