Furnished room for rent in 2 bed, 1 bath house. All bills included (gas, electric, internet, lawn care, etc) Everything is split 50/50! If you have your own furniture and would prefer to use that, I am happy to discuss that option with you. House is in quiet neighborhood about 15-20 minutes from everything including universities and hospitals.

Your only roomie is me. I am a non smoker looking for another non smoker to rent out my spare room. I have a full time job and am a bit of a homebody so when I am not working or traveling you can find me watching TV or doing some home improvement project. I have 3 older dogs that are super chill, dog and cat friendly.
