Cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath in the middle of Carlsbad Village. Laundry on site. Apartment renovated last year. On Roosevelt Street! Walking distance from Beach, shops, bars, restaurants and more! NEWLY furnished shared spaces (Bedroom unfurnished). I do not plan on redecorating or making major changes anytime soon since I just refurnished the apartment :) Great neighbors! I am friends with many of the neighbors and we often hang out at each other’s apartments after a long day. 420 friendly! Unfortunately this is a non smoking property but we often smoke downstairs on the lawn or take a quick 3 min walk to the lagoon to watch the sunset.

My name is Nicole and I am 23. I have been living here for almost two years. I am a full time student/ artist who works from home. I am very much a home body and like to keep the home clean and welcoming. I love having friends over and hosting but also love a night out in the village! I’m a HUGE baker and love to cook so be ready to eat! I have an extremely friendly cat named Leo. He is almost 1 and a huge love bug! Gets along great with other cats!
