Hey there! Hope your days going well! I’m here to try and find a replacement for my recently moved-out roommate. There’s 3 of us; I’m Danny, there’s Efrain (he’s super cool!), and Jasmine (my girlfriend who’s here on weekends)

You’ll have the room to yourself, but the bathroom is shared. My girlfriend, again who’s here on the weekends, and myself have a kitten (Yoko / girl) who’s super cute! It’s like a 9x9 room with closet space too!

Efrain and I, along with my girlfriend, are all very chill and easy going! But please we are as you’d say ‘clean freaks’ and just hate slobs!

You can smoke, vape, have friends over here & there, I really don’t care! Just don’t be a slob, like at all. Lol
