You will have your own bedroom and own restroom. We will share the living room, kitchen. It’s a great area! 5 mins to grocery store. 1min to the highway I88. 5mins drive to Route 59 train station. Tennis court and ice rinks are nearby.

I am a local to Naperville and am a quiet and easy going person. I like to keep my place clean. Love ice skating and doing outdoor activities.

Looking for a tenant who is able to start from Aug/Sep. I hope it is a roommate who loves cleanliness and is tidy, has a sense of responsibility, will pay the rent regularly every month, and does not have a complicated social life. Also a non smoker/vaper is preferred, but if you must, then smoking/vaping on the balcony/in the outside property is fine.
