Every day at Villas Tech Ridge brings a new experience. We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a a $350 pet fee, a $350 pet deposit and monthly pet rent of $20. There is a weight limit of 100 pounds, and aggressive breeds are prohibited. I don’t have any pets Al throughout if you do don’t mind bringing your furry friends.
