Looking for someone who’d like to stay on a very short term situation. Long story short is I’m selling my home(didn’t really want too). It’s 2200sqft home it’s detached garage it’s more parking then we need. The room for rent for possibly a few weeks is the granny flat on the north facing part of the home. It’s completely separate from the main part of the home but it also has the best views as my home is up on the hillside across the valley facing Mt. helix. It has its own bathroom it’s shower, toilet and sink. The main home would still be accessible for yo ur use. Again, I just need extra cash for a few weeks of someone is in desperate need of a room right now. Oh, and the $200 is per week. Not month obviously…..

I’m a 37 year old medically retired from active duty Navy father of two teenagers who only Visit me when they feel like it haha. So it is only myself living in the home right now. Eerily quiet up here haha.
