Hi guys, I’m signing a brand new lease at the soho lofts in jersey city (on the boarder of hoboken) it’s a brand new luxury building with a ton of indoor and outdoor amenities and a shuttle to the hoboken path station as well as off street parking for an additional price. I’m looking for a 3rd roommate to sign with me. This room has its own attached bathroom and the apartment as a whole is over 1,450 sq ft. with an in-unit washer and dryer! the lease is for 2 years and starts June 24th!
