Room with new carpet, Bed is in room Queen size, street view. Central Air, next to bathroom. There’s plenty of parking. Home has pool and spa and a nice patio I have a few Bar B Q. You have use of kitchen and Laundry room. I have full spectrum cable so you get to watch lots of good movies. So it’s 900 a month, plus 400 to move in. The 400 is not refundable it is use for full cable which I am paying $300 a month plus the cleaning fee and security of laundry room and kitchen, pool and bar b q and firepit. Heated pool and spa. I do have a security system to keep everyone safe.

It’s me in my room and another female in her room which she is clean and has hardly nothing in the restroom. We are pretty much quiet. I do have a security Alarm, so I want me and my roommates to be safe.
