Arapahoe Avenue

The apartment is pretty nice and is on the bottom floor. My favorite part is the location: a 5 minute walk from Pearl St. and a 1 minute walk from the Hop bus stop. There is no AC, but I have a portable AC machine that works pretty well. There is laundry machines on the complex that work well. I am into cooking, so the kitchen is stocked with great supplies for you to use! The living room is furnished as well, but if you have a better couch, I’ll happily get rid of the cheap one I have :-). The base rent and utilities is $925/month. Power is not included and is usually $40-50/month per person. Wifi is another $40/month and is really fast since I have google wifi pucks throughout the apartment.

Looking for someone to move into the second bedroom in my apartment from August 1st for a year (the room is available early as June 1st). I’m a graduate student at CU Boulder with two dogs (Huckleberry and Archie!). The dogs are friendly and don’t tear anything up anymore. I’m quite clean and a conscientious roommate. I spend about half my time at my girlfriend’s house. I’m looking for someone who is clean and responsible.
