Apartment is 1st floor. Own bedroom and bathroom. Room includes large walk im closet, 8x8: 1250 square feet total living space. Always parking available. Shared living room and kitchen. New HE washer and dryer in unit. 2 cats here, & extremely animal friendly, love them all. Guests allowed. I’m very reasonable if you pay your bills. $900 includes 1/2 of $1550 base rent, water, internet, power, all tv subscriptions, and washer/dryer fees. I don’t have any rules. If you pay bills, it’s half your home. That’s my policy. TV access includes Hulu, hbo max, Netflix, Disney plus, and Amazon prime. Living room and kitchen furnished.. pots, pans, utensils, etc. There is a locked 8x8 storage closet on back patio if needed. Security deposit listed is same as mine when I moved in.

Here alone, no S/O. I am a homebody. I work 2nd shift 5 days a week. I am gone most mornings for the gym. Any questions welcomed.
