LOCATION: New Castle, Manor area, just outside South Wilmington and 2 minutes from the highways. On the corner is wawa, chix store, vape shop, corner store, taco spot, hair salon, bus stop, fire and police.

I’m on a good street, in a decent neighborhood and have good neighbors; I have cameras and a key code door. I haven’t had any issues or even so much as a package stolen since I moved in 5yrs ago. They’re building nice houses up the street now and there’s even a town watch.
