Rose's room

I have mobile home with a room with bath for rent for $800 which includes all utilities and WiFi. It is furnished. There is street parking only. I have a small dog (25 lbs) who will bark at someone who comes to the door as well as cats, rabbits and large birds that he sees occasionally out the window.

I am retired, female and not interested in doing things with roommates.

If you have work that is not remote and busy outside the home with other interest that would work for me.
