The cost is $875 a month; utilities, internet, lawn service NOT included. There is a nice large garage for parking and a big back yard. The second den is a large crafting room, and ideally the roommates remaining would like to add another artsy girl to the house. There are already two cats and a bunny in the house so no other pets are allowed unless it’s an ESA. Prefer someone mid 20s to early 30s, with a reliable job, will have to fill out an application with the rental company for proof of income and pay an application fee.
