Very SPACIOUS, comfy, fully furnished, bedroom , with Tv, mini refrigerator, lots of privacy ( there is a room - home studio/music room - in between bedrooms). Nice shared clean bathroom! Laundry inside the apartment - time saver, and in the winter months… a dream!!! Cleaning crew - every other week - doing the sheets and heavy cleaning while we keep it. Amazing location! Near it all, walking distance to:

• bakery, pharmacy, liquors, markets, restaurants, bars, sushi, train station, etc. A perfect place for who wants to call it home, wants some comfort, friendly, clean and organized environment, with respect, some space, privacy and flexibility, while holding old school values/manners.
  Live more than decently and comfortably, with a fair price for all of that… only for the right fit.

‘Super-host’ from airbnb, looking for permanent and/or short term roommate. Its just me and my baby dog Lua in the apartment - she is a bichion Frisee… very kind and dependable ‘lap-dog’ type. She is hypoallergenic, she doesn’t shed… and she has lots of love and cuteness to share - just give her room to to adapt and come to you and you’ll win her heart - therefore mine… I’m easy going, empathetic, kind, very organized and clean. I love helping others and making new friends. I’m a personal trainer and music teacher (performer some times) and I have a few students that comes to the house for classes sometimes. This is an amazing place I’ve been living in for more than 10 years, and I’m looking for someone special to make it and feel it like at home with me. 😊🙏
