Hi everyone! I’m looking to sublet my apartment this summer from the dates of june 25th to october 25th. It is a fully furnished studio apartment. It includes a 42 inch TV, a queen size bed, full kitchenware and all amenities. There is a laundry room next door and full access to common space upstairs. It is located in the city of rosslyn, near many stores, restaurants, and shops. It is near the rosslyn metro & a very walkable area!

It is a studio with 0 roommates. The rent includes wifi, electricity, trash, and water. The studio is 465 sq ft. I am looking for preferably a female student. I require first months rent and the security deposit. I am expecting the house to be maintained in great shape.
