The room is the master suite of the house that has an attached private bathroom and two closets including a walk-in closet. It’s a fairly spacious room, I can provide more pics if requested. Two-car garage and in-unit laundry. Living room upstairs and downstairs. The house is located right next to Top Shape Gym and the North Liberty/Coralville walking trail; walking distance from the Hy-vee on Coral Ridge Ave and a short drive to campus. We got in on this house at a good rate so this room comes at a pretty good price for how big and new it is (built in 2014), especially since you’ll have your own private bathroom.

We are two males, 23 and 32, both with full-time jobs and one in grad school. We are fairly clean for two guys and everyone has their own bathroom. Typically only “loud” if everyone is together in the living room but otherwise we are fairly quite.
