Hello, this is a month to month lease rental. I am a single woman 60 years young living on a beautiful enclosed acre in a three bedroom house, with my 3 year old dog “Beans” and a outdoor cat. Thirteen fruit trees, a 450sq ft raised bed garden, flower gardens and meditation garden, hiking paths near by as well. I also have a Cottage and a “Yurt” on the property with lovely tenants in both. My property is twenty minutes from the coastal beaches, fifteen minutes to town of Sebastopol and one hour to San Francisco. The room is a large 10x12 with a large sunny window, large closet, plus a smaller closet as well,book shelves and a desk (you’ll need to supply a bed) Room comes with full use of house with bathroom ( Shared only when guests are visiting, which is rare.) I’m looking for a fully employed person with regular work hours, quiet, considerate and affable in general. Of course I’ll require current and past work reference’s, proof of income, personal reference’s, and a background check (at your cost.)
