4BR Loft has 1 Small Sunny BR available in artist’s Loft building from June 1st - June next year (or longer, we can discuss in person) Can also accommodate June - Sept (3 months).

Namaste. To be transparent, I’m looking for a covid conscious mindful and mature person. I’m still not comfortable having any sort of gatherings here, so if that’s a deal breaker; sorry.

*Please read carefully. The room is for one person only sorry. *No couples or animals sorry.

About the Sun bathed room avail:

• $1300 includes gas, electric and hi speed internet (110mbps down)
• Its on a 2nd floor and has a cement sculpture / spiral stairs leading to the room
• Windows everywhere
• Has a bed, some shelves and wardrobe below with a dresser (all this stuff can go if you have yours)
• If you like plants, your in luck, we have a lot and there’s room for more.
• The room is a bit small, if you have a lot of stuff or need a desk, this room is not for you sorry.
• Its pretty quiet since above is a roof so you don’t hear neighbors walking as much.
• We share a small hangout / reading spot at foot of spiral stairs that’s surrounded by plants.

The space:

• 10,000 sf roof access near waterfront with full breathtaking panoramic views of NYC, East River and boroughs.
• We all have access to the massive roof 24/7 where we can responsibly chill and bbq.
• Kitchen: gas stove with oven, toaster, blender, juicer etc
• The bathroom is custom made with a soaking tub w marble mosaic surround, has super hot water and amazing water pressure for shower. Troweled cement walls and floor and ongoing river stone mosaic plus other unique design details.
• Hi speed internet / wifi (100+up / 8-12mb down)
• Dining / common area’s
• Extra long term storage for luggage and such within the space.

This is a unique creative custom built space in professional artists saturated building.

It’s very easy to live here if you are mindful to others schedules and considerate and tidy in all common areas. Harmony is key within our space and with our neighbors.

I work and school odd hours sometimes 7 days a week so a quiet, relaxed home sanctuary is critical. *There are absolutely NO days or nights it’s ok to bring any sort of surprise party home. We are 420 friendly as long as it’s on occasion / not constant.

• Previous landlord reference (if you don’t have this, let me know and we’ll try and work it out)
