Kylee's room

This spot is only about a 10 minute walk from Minnehaha Falls. Within walking distance we have a grocery store, pizza place, and the beautiful west river parkway. The area has lots of shops and local businesses. There is also a bus stop and metro stop close by.

There are two rooms available in the house and the tenant can choose whichever room they want. One will be used as a guest room/office space and the other will be yours.

Option 1: is the upstairs room. It runs the whole length of the house, so it is large. However, it has low ceilings so if you are tall it might prove to be a challenge. It also has a division to split the room to also have a smaller room that has the closet and can be used as a work space which will be great if you work from home.

Option 2: is the smaller bedroom on the main floor. It is off the kitchen and has a larger closet. The room size is about 10X10. The pictures shown are of this room. The furniture would be moved out of this room, it currently is the guest room.

There is also a private bathroom available in the basement or the option of the bathroom on the main floor.

I am a 26 year old woman who is social, fairly busy, and enjoy having people in my home. I love hosting others and creating a welcoming space. I am a fairly clean person and it is a part of my weekly routine to clean. I hope whoever moves in will value a clean space as well. I am respectful of others and their stuff. I am looking for someone who would be a good roommate and would be open to getting to know each other and making this a great place for both of us to live.

I also live here with my dog Indie! She is a little wary of new people, but after a week or two she will come to love and welcome you as well! We would be open to potentially another dog joining us if it would be a good fit.
